Acceptance & incorporation
By accessing the storefront, clicking an acceptance checkbox, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy linked in the footer. If you represent a company, you warrant that you hold authority to bind that entity. We may decline service when regulatory risk or fraud signals warrant exclusion, even after partial browsing.
Eligibility & geographic scope
You must be at least eighteen years old and reside in a jurisdiction where importing food supplements is lawful. Restricted destinations appear dynamically at checkout; we update the list when embargoes change. Individuals on sanctions lists or attempting shell-company structures will have orders voided without penalty beyond refunding payments actually received.
Product classification & education
Nuvia capsules are food supplements, not medicinal products, medical devices, or therapy substitutes. Copy on this site educates at a high level; personalised guidance belongs with licensed professionals. Nothing here revives or modifies statutory warnings printed on physical labels. Photographs are representative—natural colour variation between lots is normal.
Advertising & destination pages: We design landing pages to follow applicable Norwegian and EEA rules for food supplements and Google Ads destination requirements, including clear product type, contact data, working policy links, and truthful pricing context. Misleading urgency, undisclosed risks, or unauthorised disease claims are prohibited in our commercial materials to the extent we control them.
Ordering & communications
An electronic order acknowledgment does not yet constitute acceptance if a pricing glitch or stock outage exists. Final confirmation arrives separately with fulfilment details. You are responsible for accurate addresses; rerouting fees caused by typos may be invoiced at carrier cost. We may communicate via email, SMS when opted in, or telephone for exceptional compliance checks.
Pricing, taxes, promotions
List prices include VAT where Norwegian law mandates inclusion. B2B counterparties with valid VAT numbers may see net amounts where eligible. Limited-time promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. If a discount code misfires due to caching, we honour the lower price when honouring does not bankrupt the campaign budget.
Shipping, title, risk transfer
Title typically transfers on hand-off to the first carrier unless Incoterms on the invoice specify otherwise. Insurance covers loss up to declared value when purchased; default economy shipping may omit insurance depending on corridor. Temperature-sensitive guidance appears on labels; extreme weather delays are force majeure events.
Intellectual property & feedback
Trademarks, site design, packaging art, and photography belong to Grozelonkroz.world or licensors. Feedback you volunteer may be used royalty-free to improve formulas or UX, provided we strip personal data when sharing externally.
Acceptable use & integrity
You agree not to scrape pricing in ways that degrade infrastructure, reverse engineer software absent permission, or attempt to access administrative consoles. Automated purchasing bots that disadvantage human customers may be throttled at firewall level.
Liability framing
To the maximum extent permitted, indirect damages—including lost profits or emotional distress from delayed parcels—are excluded. Direct damages cap at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim within the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected; nothing here limits liability for death or injury caused by our proven negligence.
Governing law & dispute design
These terms follow substantive Norwegian law. EU consumers may bring actions in their local courts when Regulation rules grant jurisdiction. We encourage informal negotiation and mediation before filing suit. English language versions control if translations diverge, unless local law requires local language precedence.
Severability & survival
If a clause is held invalid, the remainder persists. Sections on limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
